Please Feel Free To Read Some Of The Recommendations Our Clients Have Sent To Us.

Dear Aaron and Colt:
I just wanted to express my sincere thanks for the work that EDGE Construction completed for our Toddler Classroom Remodel Project. We appreciate the excellent service we received from EDGE. Our project had a tight timeline and you met the project plan within that timeframe even though a few unexpected delays surfaced that were outside EDGE’s control. We were pleased with the bid that you presented and weren’t surprised by any large change order related to our project. Colt provided outstanding superintendent services here on-site and responded immediately to phone calls in order to troubleshoot issues for subcontractors when he was not on-site. We also appreciate that EDGE contracted a flooring vendor during the project who completed existing flooring repairs in other parts of the building at no cost to Crisis Nursery. If the need arises, we would welcome the change to work with EDGE in the future.

To Whom It May Concern:
Re: Letter of Recommendation for EDGE Construction LLC
I had the pleasure of working with EDGE Construction LLC on the Development of The Wells in Maricopa, a 100 acre retail power center including $15 million offsite package, and 91 Glendale Office Park, a 22 acre site with 166,000 sf of office along with 9,400 sf of retail.
The design and planning periods were excellent. Time frames were met, planning and scheduling though city approval as well as constructability and cost concerns were all handled with the utmost expertise. EDGE Construction LLC tapped their extensive experience to coordinate the design with construction methods to result in cost savings and overall project quality.
The entire EDGE team were very proactive in during the construction when dealing with contractor coordination items to ensure proper and high quality construction, on time and with cost savings.
I strongly recommend EDGE Construction LLC and I look forward to opportunity to work with EDGE Construction team again.

Director of Construction

Dear Mr. Asmus,
We wanted to commend both you and your staff for work associated with the interior of the 10-classroom addition that was constructed over the summer at Queen Creek Elementary. The project had many challenges and an extremely tight timeline. Edge’s staff as well as subcontractors worked well with the District’s staff on a project that was to be completed in 60 days. We were very pleased with the end result as well as the process.
I would recommend Edge Construction for any of our future construction projects.
Sincerely,
Candy Cooley
