Marshall Witzig |
Marshall Witzig has worked on over 300 private, commercial, municipal and educational projects in the pre-construction and construction phases of development. His efforts have proven to be instrumental in positioning developers into a partnering role on their projects. Marshall brings value to his clients and the projects that he brings to the community due to his knowledge of local development and construction costs and time frames.
In addition to Marshall’s experience, he is an acclaimed member of the Alliance for Construction Excellence (ACE), Urban Land Institute, Certified Professional Constructor (CPC), and LEED Accredited. Aaron Asmus |
Aaron Asmus earned his Construction Management degree from Mankato State University in 1996. For the past 14 years Aaron has worked as a Superintendent, Project Manager and Senior Estimator for firms in Minnesota and Arizona. Aaron was the Superintendent on United Hospital Addition in St. Paul, Minnesota and Project Manager on the Life Time Fitness Athletic Club in Eden Prairie Minnesota before relocating to the Phoenix Area in 2002. When Aaron moved to Arizona he played an integral role in the growth of a local construction company and his efforts helped to more than double their annual revenues in a three year period. His well rounded experience that he has gained from working on over one billion dollars worth of construction is a valuable asset for all members of a project team. |
